Synopsis

Lead Me Home captures the experience of the 500,000 Americans coping with homelessness every night from multiple perspectives. Focusing on three west coast cities – Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Seattle – this documentary short film personalizes the issue, challenging attitudes and showing the scale, scope and diversity of unsheltered America. Lead Me Home premiered at the 2021 Telluride Film Festival and was nominated for a 2022 Academy Award in the Documentary Short Subject category. Currently, it is streaming as a Netflix Original Documentary Short.
