After Antarctica won best of show at the 39th BBVA Torelló Mountain Film Festival. The film won the Vila de Torelló and Flor de Neu d’Or Grand Prix at the closing gala held at the Cirvianum Theater. The jury awarded Van Zandt’s feature film for its “cinematic power through an exceptional montage of images of the present and past.”
